I am looking to contact Basant Kumar Rai &th GRR who I met in Scotland in 1972 when I was serving with the Royal Artillery we were all on a course out of Fort George Inverness

I'm enquiring for my uncle, Ross(Taff)Lewis, who was in Singapore between 1952-55, while in the RASC. He got to know a Gurkha based at Myginga barracks, the 'other' side of the Johore Causeway(please pardon the spelling) and was given a kukri before he came home. He now would like to try to return this to the Gurkha, or his family. I know this is a long shot, but would anyone be able to help please? With thanks, Wayne Hulbert
